In 2001, I started writing daily on Livejournal. I maintained this habit for at least a couple years, and it was a fantastic exercise for keeping my mind geared towards art and expression in general. I slowly stopped writing while struggling with various hurdles life threw at me. Then I started a music blog at http://zombiehor.de and in 2007 that never took off. So I am going to combine all of my blogging ideas into one and start using this space to write. I am currently unsure about how frequent postings will be, and I will likely sync this with Facebook somehow. We’ll see!

Twilight Movie

Ok, I watch my traffic logs, and I am getting a lot of hits for people looking for music from this movie “Twilight”. No, my music has nothing to do with this movie. But to those of you coming here looking for Twilight music, you ought to at least check Life Toward Twilight out! My guess is the music from the film is dark, and Life Toward Twilight may be of some interest to you. You're already here, and all of Life Toward Twilight's albums can be downloaded for free, so there isn't much risk. Maybe start with “We Waited For A Subtle Dawn”. I'm just sayin', is all. =)

Thank you to everyone who ordered stuff last week to help my dog. We took him in Friday, and he has an enlarged heart, which is affecting his breathing. We now have him on a new prescription that should help. He has a followup appointment this Saturday. All of this is very expensive, so we really appreciate the help! Thank you again!

My dog, Louis, has a bad heart and requires quite a number of tests so we can figure out how to fix his problem. His heart is a bit swollen and it is affecting his breathing, causing him to have coughing fits. He has a serious condition, but he is in good spirits and otherwise healthy. These tests are, of course, quite expensive, so I have setup a sale to help generate a little extra money to help out. He is scheduled to go to the doctor on Friday.

What a rip off.

Yesterday was suppose to be the most evil day of the beast ever. I didn’t see any earth destroying explosions, terrible demons with pointy horns that drool flesh eating acid. No sick horses, no horde of zombies. Or emo kids getting punched in the face. Nothing. I didn’t even get to see any tiny imps. At least the great Satan could have broke me off a little imp. Was I on the wrong evil planet yesterday, or what?

Although, as I mentioned elsewhere, it was kind of sweet typing shit into Excel spreadsheets at work, pushing “control + ;” and seeing 6/6/06 popping up all day. Unfortunately, that’s about as sinister as it got.
